BOB!

A rare show of emotion from Bob — who is usually quite philosophical. But sometimes, as in American political life, someone or something is just disgusting or horribly ironic or both. Bob can be excused in this case, since the twisted corporate promotion scam once again rears its ugly head. Some capable and deserving person is denied a promotion so that the management people can have their own compliant clown advanced. Life ain’t fair, eh?

Nice spit take, Bob.

He is prime management material.

Promotion to what?

As VISA would say:

Quitting college.. $200,000.00

Getting a promotion at work… $0.50 more an hour.

Spit take from Bob… Priceless.

Norm got a promotion?!? Oh, yeah, the old “level of incompetence” thing . . .

wait, what? you mean the boss likes what he’s doing? amazing.

If there’s going to be a corporate ladder, it’s giung to be at a hardware store. Right?

New title, more tasks, same pay.

It’s probably just one of those time-based promotions. He didn’t completely screw up in the first few weeks so now he’s “promoted” to a permanent employee.

They must really need bad workers……..

How did Norman get into college in the first place?

maybe the promotion will entitle him to college benefits so he can get his degree when he decides to.

Are we in a parallel universe where Norman is…uh…NORMAL?
