Hey, Affie. I start my new volunteer job on Wednesday. I’m on a 6 week trial. The place is only a few minutes walk from my house. Can’t wait to start. I’ll be there every Wednesday so far. I’ve decided to go for a KFC after I finish as something to look forward to. But I won’t be doing that on carvery days. And I won’t let myself cheat by going for a KFC any other day. Haha.

I am also making my “debut” return to Facebook on Thursday.

I’m glad you are your usual happy self with no errands to run or shopping to do.

What, Andy has no one else to mooch off? (Well, maybe Chalkie’s the only one dumb enough to give him money.)

I had an acquaintance from HS & Community College … He was terrible to go out to dinner with … Couldn’t hold his drink, and never tipped, because he didn’t believe in it … On the other hand, I’ve eaten with family and friends who all understood the principal involved with leaving a good gratuity to our server, and they all could hold their drink, for those who chose to partake …
