How can you staet your day without coffee?

I like cold coffee. It seems that both my sister’s do too. I don’t like hot coffee and don’t want it iced. Just black, bitter, and at room temperature.

Becau if it’s cold just from sitting around it’s like it went stale or something. And if you added cream, that just gets all gross. If you’re purposely icing it, then it’s still fresh. I used to make my coffee the night before and add my sweetener and non-dairy cream and put it in the refrigerator. The next morning, I poured it over a glass of ice.

Very simple answer. Hot drinks are no good when cold and cold drinks are no good when warm.

I like hot coffee but not scalding hot. I usually made a cup in the morning and sip on it all day. Warm coffee is ok but not iced. I also like my tea to be hot. I’ve never liked ice tea but I recently found a tea that I like cold.

I’ve been drinking strong, black, iced (or just refrigerator-cold) coffee for over 40 years. In the beginning I would get weird looks for having it that way — “no cream or sugar?” — but I think the rest of the world has gradually caught up to me.
