Why do you feel guilty eating chocolate cake? Do you think you are perpetrating a sin? What is sin? Can we agree that it is doing something against or not according to your god’s will? What is the purpose of chocolate cake? It is to be eaten, so therefore not eating the cake is a sin, eating the cake is fulfilling the purpose of the cake and following god’s will. NOT eating the cake is the sinful bit. Besides, you can’t have tea and cake with the Bishop if you don’t have cake.
