I’m sure the top management in the corporation that I work for make a lot of mistakes

I’m so far down the ladder that I only suffer the eventual consequences, I don’t need to know the details

One place I worked for would do a reorg every time upper management screwed up. Got to be every 6 months at one point.

Any large organization is like a septic tank with the really big chunks rising to the top.

But only after they passed the blame to middle management.

A company I worked for had a HR program running in the plant called Visions and Values. To get a heads up on WTF is that supposed to mean, I googled it. On a straight search, the results were all over the place. On a image search, I found this Visions and Values wallet size card given to the rank and file of a company. High ideals, lofty goals. The company…Enron. The people who got the card didn’t screw up, or make off early with cash while the gettin’ was good.
