One of my childhood memories is when I would sneak behind my mom after she unloaded the dryer with toasty warm blankets. I would time it just right and dive onto the bed just as she unfurled that lusciously warm blanket and it would settled over me. Good times!
I’m so old that I was 12 when my mom got the first gas dryer in the basement. I used to set wads of dryer lint on fire to watch them go “POOF!” No, I’m not a firebug.
I have a big, fluffy eider down duvet on the bed. In the winter, when it really gets cold (window cracked year ’round), I put it in the dryer for a few minutes before getting into the nice warm bed : ) Comfy/cozy for sure. Then all the critters jump in and we are all home : )

I just switched my jammie pants from the thin cotton ones to flannel. The flannel feels so good!

Jeans put in the dryer maybe last half as long as air-dried jeans. Maybe.

So, are shirts right out of the dryer call “Hot Shirts”? Flannel ones are nice in the winter time.

Jeans? In the dryer? Only if I want them to turn into a pair of junior petites!
