Even Calvin was disappointed to have one snow day have a lousy half inch. In another, he said getting an inch of snow is like winning 10¢ in the lottery.
I’m in an area where it’s very difficult to predict snow. They’ll call for an inch and we get 10. They’ll call for 4 inches of snow and we’ll get flurries or a huge rain storm. No snow plows to speak of and many people don’t know how to drive in snow or own a shovel to clear the walk. I’m often one of the few on the block who clears the walk.

We had our first snow fall yesterday. I counted 5 snowflakes, or they were until they hit the windshield. And that’s enough for me.

Elliot better be careful what he wishes for, especially if he has to shovel.

We got 18 inches of snow in October 5 years ago. Today, we have about half an inch.

Would’ve been funnier if the colourist made the grass green.
