I think I know somebody who can’t.
I read panel two as, “Whenever I speak off the cliff…” — twice! And it could be more appropriate considering what is sometimes said.
Lots of my little stories start with “stop me if you’ve heard this before”. Luckily my vision is not good anymore, so I can’t see the eye rolling of my listeners.
