Grandma appears to have a pretty good arm. Wonder how she maintains her stockpile of eggy ammo?

Oh, dear … This is not going to end well. I’m feeling a little nervous …

Why would someone waste tasty deviled eggs like that? That woman need to be in a care facility where she will no longer be a danger to innocent appetizers.

Oh right, I need to remember to make devilled eggs this week! It’s weird doing a full turkey dinner in Australia in freaking summer. So I pick and choose and save at least 2 frozen whole turkeys for when it’s winter :)

That doesn’t look like a deviled egg.

I’ve noticed that in a lot of cartoons the grandparents look a lot older than they would likely be. My sister has grandkids about the ages of Alice and Petey and she’s only in her early 70s, looking a lot younger than Alice’s grandma. A lot of people I know with grandkids are even younger, in their 60s at most. A really well known example of this is Grandpa Simpson, Homer’s father. If Homer is around 40, why does his father look like he’s in his 80s or 90s?

I love the idea that Grandma cooks and devils her eggs before throwing them at cars. I see this behavior in the future for our little mulch-throwing girl.

Yay, Grandma! Expressing one’s dislike of traffic in an original manner, and getting good exercise at the same time.

Madeline was just too unrealistically optimistic….
