    I haven’t seen any store here ask people to do a survey online, but many stores to have a thing at the exit with three buttons – a smiling face, a neutral face, and a frowning face – that you can push to tell them how you liked the service.

    An XXX store in our area did a survey, and found 15% of women admit to having used vibrators.

    The other 85% bought them new..

    I love surveys, gives me ca chance to reward folks that help me when I shop. It also lets me slam the company for stupid policies.

    I don’t mind the occassional survey. But it @#%$%*& me off when they expect me to actually create some sort of account to take them.

    Many just have a “note” on the receipt, with a web site, urging you to take a survey, and an enticement, like coupons or a chance to win a prize.
