Is that copy backing up or just staying where it is? Or is it moving forward? Does it make those beeping sounds when it backs up? Does it have tail lights?
The Mrs is an illustrator. She has 2 backup drives on her computer right now, each backing up every two hours during the day, ie; one at 9AM and the next at 10AM, alternating throughout the day. Each month she rotates a new drive in and one out. She takes that drive to the bank and puts it in her safety deposit box and pulls the other one in the box out to come home and sit in a fireproof safe until the end of the month for a new rotation. I just have two backup drives that backup every two hours like hers, but no drive in a safety deposit box, but one in the safe. I used to keep business backups in a safety deposit box when I had my practice, this is a benefit of semi-retirement. And each drive is about 3 to 4 times the capacity of the computer’s drive. And don’t talk to me about my iTunes and other media backup/storage. There are two types of computer users, those who have backups and those who will have backups.
I’m pretty sure this is a copy of a previous copy strip. I’m not complaining, just dutifully noticing the extra layer of humorous recursion recursion. :)

Reminds me of a meme I saw: “3D Printer company asks users not to print more 3D Printers with 3D Printer.”
