Ha! With all the late December deadlines there is NO rest for the “wicked” (as my boss calls us).
When he gets back he will be in the “recovery from vacation” mode for another week and then there will be the “get back up to speed” week.
One company I worked for had a company-year-end holiday from Christmas to New Years after so many employees saved a week of their vacation to take it then.
