Knowing that you donât have to know everything, is everything.
I still need to learn that; I still beat myself up over mistakes, and for not knowing everything about the job I just started 6 months ago.

There are four levels of knowing (per the University of VAâs Leadership Development Seminar):
1) You donât know what you donât know: Ignorance (Bad)
2) You donât know all there is to know: Learning (Good)
3) You know that you donât know: Awareness (Good) <-Where Norm is now.
4) You know what you know: Arrogance (Bad)
Entropy and Inertia will try to settle/keep you in 1 and 4. Through effort and open-mindedness, always strive to stay in 2 and 3.
