What are the people in the background wearing?

I started a new job in January, where as of that Jan. 1, the company would no longer supply each new employees with common desk accessories, such as staplers, scissors, tape dispensers, etc. These were available from a used supplies room that contained the collected desk articles from departed employees. It became a game to find a better stapler. One had to get to the room early the Monday morning after the Friday layoffs. If someone quit mid-week, there was a scramble after they departed to ransack the desk for supplies. The stapler was always the first to go. When I got laid off, I took the best stapler with me. I kept it a few months, but threw it away because it was still crap.

Who pays for the lawyers, because I´ll bet they aren´t doing it for free. Remember their mantra, “Billable hours, billable hours”

I am still waiting for that famous “bring your pet to work” day to make its way to anywhere I have ever worked. I would love to see what my dogs would do.

Doesn’t management also have lawyers that they can bring to work?

Unfortunately, it didn’t work and not only did they take the man’s stapler but they moved his office to the basement.

When robots replace workers this practice will end.

Bleeb suggests they upgrade the picture on his guy’s desk, too. Maybe something better than what came with the frame.
