I prefer reading books even in the hypothetical chance that I’m an unhappy gerbil in an exercise ball.

This was a pretty good arc

The gerbil ate the homework. And I admit, this arc is kind of cool. He takes Sherman on a tour, that’s unique.

7/10 I like this comic, it has a funny enough joke, and the tour moves at a good pace.

Big nate and the MASTER PLAN the FINALE (part 6/6)

(Artur takes out his switchblade and stabs Nate in the back)

Nate: Artur,why?

Artur: I´ll give you a recap, I always hated you, but when Jenny gave me this switchblade, I knew that this was the perfect time to get rid of you. I killed Randy and framed it on Todd. I put a spike on the road to pop the tire. It was all part of MY MASTER PLAN!

Nate: There’s just 1 thing you didn’t account for.

Artur: What?

Nate: Chad is in here and he’s a witness.

Artur: What, WHERE?

Nate: Nowhere, That was just a distraction.

(Nate opens door)

Nate: Francis, Get help. Artur stabbed me in the back.

Francis: What!

Nate is calling a library cool?

I can understand what Sherman’s getting at. There are some books that you just want to destroy.

“…shreds for that great big dump I really have to take.”

Say, is that Trudy back there goin’ through the stacks? Boy, THAT was a howl!! Older woman, indeed!………

In what school does a kid have free reign to wonder the school giving a tour to a gerbil in a ball?

It’s all wonderful, until you realize gerbils can’t read.

I don’t think the librarian would be very happy if Sherman ate her precious books…

Nate seems sometimes to be able to read Sherman’s thought bubbles but Chad can see its emotions.

Chewing into fluffy shreds is what those school districts in Tennessee want to do with their copies of Maus!

So apparently a clip from the Big Nate Show says the reason for Nate’s ailurophobia is because Nate’s dad said that cats suck the souls out of little boys at night.

Sherman is only allowed to think in the final panel. Emotions conveyed by characters, example: “he looks unhappy.”

He’s the only reason for the punchline.

Sadly, he’s right.
