We pull out all the stops, except for the tree. Almost sparse. Lights, a few ornaments, a string of popcorn and a string of cranberries. And the popcorn and cranberries have been replaced with white and red beads. And no tree topper.
My theory of Christmas tree decorating is that if you can see green, there aren’t enough ornaments. I love collecting ornaments from all the places I have visited. My specialty is unique Santa Claus ornaments. My mom and I found many of them. My pride and joy is a hand blown German Santa that belonged to my grandmother. It is at least eighty years old.
