After 60, you’ll be aching exercise or not.
It’s the walking that matters. Longer is better than “extreme” and easier on your body. Remember that life is not a competitive sport. Walk as long as you can; rest; walk more later. Just keep walking. We all get to the same place … eventually.
You wasted money on a helmet and poles just to go walking on a city street?!
