BWAHAHAHA!!!! Butchie, remember to wash the lettuce in warm water, drain well, and return to cold refrigerator for at least 15 minutes so it will be really crispy. Learned that working in a produce department. Plus, it lasts longer when you line a lidded bowl with a bartenders towel, layer cut up lettuce with towel, lettuce, towel lettuce, etc. Clean, crispy lettuce at your fingertips.

Thank God, for a second there I was worried they were going to ruin this strip, like they did Mutts.

I miss the butcher!
