I hate that this is true. However, the zing of resentment is sometimes a good thing, because sometimes it’s even stronger than the worry emotions. When 5hat realization pops in my head, I feel a little thankful at the person who just made me mad.
Actually, I find that worrying can help me chart multiple flowpath options through the “stuff”, depending on what actually happens. So I’m left better prepared, if at the cost of the angst.
