Be “Yaffle” not to get “steam” burned.

He can keep his career on track by getting trained to operate diesels.

They’re letting him go for violating the dress code. He’s not wearing his railroad tie.

The Yaffle Special rolling on the Grand Funk reminds me of the old southern Mass line called the Grand Trunk. It expanded and became much of a white elephant.

I never cared for either version. Altho I do like a lot of GFF songs, esp ’I’m Your Captain’. Mark Farner became a Christian and put out a couple of really good CCM LPs.

That is an awesome steam locomotive – until you really look at it. Why in the world does it have a steering wheel? Locomotives run on tracks. But it really doesn’t matter – it’s not going anywhere anyway. There are no driving rods on the wheels.

(Sorry. Couldn’t help myself. That’s the railfan in me talking.)
