I went to see a neurologist after 2 years of trying to get in. She said it’s likely “just” brain stem inflammation causing me problems. Nothing you can do but deal with it, and come back in 3 years for another MRI. Sigh. Medicine.
The Rx of Prairie living. The other given would be Bag Balm. (the square green can with the cow on the label) But I’m probably preaching to the choir. We all have one rusting in our medicine cabinet, or in an out building.
It never ceases to amaze me that modern medicine can cure esoteric diseases, transplant organs, and on and on, but they are still totally baffled by ordinary pinched nerves and swollen joints.
