Whoopie didn’t claim Hitler wasn’t racist. She was attempting to make the point that religion and race are not the same thing. Of course the Nazis were too stupid to make that distinction, so Whoopi got into trouble. No big whoop.

Bok and his conserves friends might have some difficulty pointing out the Rump as a racist, though.

I see Baghdad Bok intentionally misinterprets what Whoopi said in order to try and score a cheap point.

There goes another Republican* claiming that they believe racism is a bad thing and certainly none of them is racist.

For the record, I’m not in favor of Whoopi losing her job over her bonehead remarks. I don’t like cancel culture. I don’t like it when the left tries to silence Robert Malone for speaking the truth and I don’t like it when they try to silence Whoopi for spewing nonsense.

poor whoopi, she made the mistake of expressing a heartfelt opinion about something that nobody’s allowed to express an opinion about. the holocaust was a horrible, horrible thing. and censoring people for their opinions, regardless of how dumb they are, just leads down that same road in the end…

I think that the point she was trying to make is that Judaism is a religion, and Jews are not a separate race. The horror of the holocaust is still the same

Regardless of whether modern society consider Jews a separate race or not, the Nazis certainly did. Therefore their actions were no doubt racist.

I was watching Bill Maher last night. He claimed that Whoopi said that Nazi’s were not racist. She absolutely did NOT say that.
