Zoe and Hammie depend on Wanda because she’s their mother. They’re only 4 and 1 (I think?), so it’s reasonable that they depend on her.
Darryl is a grownass man. He can find his belt, use his OWN money for lunch, and pick up his jacket from the dry cleaner.
