Many folks yesterday said they didn’t remember this story. I only do because it was part of a Peanuts book my mother gave me when I was a kid.

Snoopy can dress up as a person, dance, play the bottom bass, ride a motorcycle, fly a doghouse and he’s even an insurance mascot. Well, he was, at least.

Well, her character design is certainly rare for this strip.

Like magic,Truffles becomes the second weirdest person in the room.

I can see where this is headed. Truffles will get the snuffles and the world famous magician and epidemiologist Dr. Jonas Snoopini will come to both cure her and entertain her with magic tricks whilst she recovers in her sickbed.

There have been “Peanuts” cartoons in which Snoopy took on many talents and was clever at them. Heck, even some “Charlie Brown and Snoopy” episodes were like that!

In addition to all his other talents, Snoopy is a magician too.
