We should use a different word than “war” when a country invades another country without provocation and targets innocents in their goal to conquer it. I lean towards “abomination.”

On Christmas Eve in 1914 during the first of the “Wars to End All Wars,” peace broke out on the Western Front as soldiers from both sides came out of the trenches and met in no man’s land.

These “simple soldiers” who could not even speak each other’s language succeeded where heads of state failed.

War is a bloody, insane way for countries to settle their differences. Nobody wins a war; one side just manages to lose it to a lesser extent. However as long as those who call the shots are not the ones being shot, it will persist.

Politicians start wars and expect soldiers to finish them.

The Second horseman is given a great sword and rides a RED horse, symbolizing war and bloodshed. We’re There, folks.
