Just out of curiosity, when was the last time they allowed new dads to smoke a cigar in the maternity ward? I’m sure they did at some point, but it certainly hasn’t been for at least 40 years.

Not sure about his birth, but nowadays, everyone knows he’s with Carmen Sandiego.
