Beautiful… if I could do that to my mother seeing as she passed in 2004. As for my stepmother who lives in the same town, not likely this year for I caught COVID. Maybe if I’m negative this week, I’ll do so.
My mom’s been gone now for 14 years. I send my brother money for flowers to put on her grave. For some reason, FTD floral shops have an issue with delivering flowers to a cemetery.
My family is not big on any “special” days. Never has been, but I did call my mom. She lives out in the country, far from a town and is not able to get out easily, even if I can pick her up (she’s a frail 88). She appreciated the chatty phone call the most.
