The main question: "WHY’ is a ‘chauffeured van’ coming for ‘Marm’, if the kids are just going to school ???

That might be the animal control van that comes around sometimes.

I do not think that Marmaduke would fit in that bus.

Seems to me that the children want him in the bus. LOL.
