    Since I can now read the dialog (Patron benefit), I notice that Marx has no mouth. Especially in the 3rd panel from the bottom. Significance?

    Perhaps that “titch of body snatching” has something to do with a future location for Wally’s now purified essence. Since we met Wally and learned at least the synopsis of his life as a brutalized human soldier we have occasionally caught a glimpse of his tortured state in his nightmare scenes; now Marx has purged him of that horrific past?

    I see our Storyteller doing a riff on the “Dead to sin; rise to new Life” meme of Western Christian philosophy. It will be interesting what we see at the “picnic” on the other side of that cutout.
