I supervised people twice in my career, once in a pizza place and once in a small metal trades job shop where my employees didnāt speak English. I managed to get along with the employees in both places and get the work done but I donāt think I ever impressed anyone as executive material. :)
Having worked at a servo of a world wide petroleum company I can certify that choose any district manager (ālooks afterā a group of servos in an area) you are 95% certain to get a mean, cr@ppy, dominating, self centred being.
