Don’t we like it when we slam shut ourselves and prove ourselves wrong by our own mouths and words? sigh my utmost beloved behavior…… where the tissues at … I’m getting emotional here people (´༎ຶ ͜ʖ ༎ຶ )♡╰
Every cat I’ve had since 1981 has been fascinated at one time or another by “pink thing”. It is one half of a cat toy, the other half is long destroyed. Beannie has a stuffed beanie baby cat that he carries around by the hindquarters. No other cat is allowed near it.
Finnegan’s favorite toys of all time are the pull-tab thingies that come off the caps of milk gallons. They’re called “thingamabobs” in our house, and he adores them.
One cat we had liked a toy mouse with some kind of fiber filling. She carried it around like a kitten. Eventually all the filling came out. She continued to carry the empty body around the house for a few years. We called it her mouse pelt.
I tried this with my own wife, but she said we just needed to get another cat. (Also, in justice, I suspect His Honor may have said, “uninterested”.)

Ha! Walked right into that one! My girl, Tigger’s favorite toy, is one of my fuzzy house socks! She carries it around like a kitten!

About six years ago, Odinsdottir, one of our cats, did that with a neighbour’s Yorkie. She was a feisty kitten.

Busted! But don’t take it at all hard—after all, the cats don’t . .

Put them on their favorite high shelf so they can knock them off.

My Sherman plays with anything not nailed down. He’s “that cat” that knocks everything off the desk, dressers, etc.
