There was a place called Totos pizza in Daly City. When you walked in you could see the chefs throwing pies. I thought it was amazing, but never had the desire to try that myself

There’s a certain amount of dexterity required in twirling pizza dough. I’ve tried it and have more or less succeeded upon occasion, though I usually ended up with holes in it. Now, when we have pizza, I use a rolling pin. Safer for everyone, especially me.

Yea,they have ceiling fans, but they are much higher.
