Lollygagging loons

It is too bad that there isn’t a great mind around.

Remember kids, don’t loiter-litter!

When I was a kid, there was a parking lot where a sign was posted: NO LOITERING OR TRESPASSING.

Of course, my friends and I couldn’t understand, and we played there all the time (it was seldom used for parking, anyway!!).

So they ((((((((BOING))))))) ((((((((BOINGed)))))) along…..

key word is “great”

But officer, we weren’t loitering, we were just standing there reading that sign!

They look like two idiots from the loony bin…

It means if you stop to read the sign, you’re loitering.

Broom-Hilda and Irwin have the right idea!
