Doesn’t look like a squid. Looks more like an octopus. Which makes the joke harder to sort out.

I’m just not getting this one. Though I feel someone ought to make a “You Can’t Do That on Television” remark. Oops, too late.

Each species of cephalopod produces slightly differently coloured inks; generally, octopuses produce black ink, squid ink is blue-black, and cuttlefish ink is a shade of brown.

Really getting tired of these Korean movies.

No better way to ruin something than to overthink it, especially pedantically. Squid or no squid, the joke is obvious, and I got it almost immediately.

A thousand years from now, that wall may be taken as some sort of primitive art.
