Here in the States we are on the edge of a weekend fill with fireworks. Independence Day is the Fourth of July. For veterans of wars, animals, and those with nervous conditions – it is a time to be constantly freaked out. For those who live in rural areas – it is a time that you hope you survive with your home intact and not taken out by brush fires.
So… I hope for everyone everywhere – have a great weekend! Find an nice comfortable place – snuggled in bed, under a shady tree, next to a comforting fire. Enjoy something great to drink – alcohol if you insist, coffee if you like, tea for me please! And potentially someone else’s company. If you can’t do that last one (like me) then I hope you enjoy the company of so many who will also be reading these strips!
