Why is everybody complaining about the price of gas? You have the benefit of living in a free market economy where open competition sets the prices, not some socialist dystopia where the government sets the prices. (Some sarcasm in this comment.)

$2.03 per litre in Comox BC this morning. Thank dog we have solar panels and battery wall for the EV and PHEV. Last bought gas for the PHEV on 17 April

The Media needs to present reasons for high gas prices and inflation instead of just reporting on the horse race. If they keep up their Biden bashing, they’re going to put Trump back in office.

Strange that the media was bashed by the the right when “the last guy” was offended but current misrepresentation now is ignored. Since the left seemed to mirror that behavior, so is it a matter of whose ox is being gored?

What happened to the concept of what is wrong is wrong! If behavior is unfair for anyone it is unfair for everyone.

Can’t they just sell the “gas” that flows so freely from Washington?

If you didn’t have to pay it back and run a deficit, we’d all be like the government.

Stop relying on Ukrain for all our oil. They charge too much.
