I am happy to say that I have managed to keep the last New Year’s resolution that I made.

That Resolution was to not make any more New Year’s resolutions. I have managed to keep this one for years.

Mine is the same each year “Keep breathing” so far so good. Oh and pay as little in tax as legally permitted.

New Year in July. It’s a thing!

Well, at least I read good books.

(Adam Smith’s “Wealth of Nations” is a slog but I’m learning a lot about Peruvian silver mines and Scottish kelp farming, though I haven’t gotten to the famous Invisible Hand yet.)

I refuse to accept ideas from Broomie.

If you’re gonna break them, Broomie—why bother making them in the first place??

I never do ‘cause I know I’ll never keep them.

With my attention span, I am lucky to remember daily resolutions.

I don’t know anyone who even makes resolutions any more…LOL Self discipline.

AND you can truthfully say that it took you until July to break your resolutions!

One of my resolutions is: “Get older this year”. Easy to keep!
