try living in the South where we are pretty much house bound from April to December because of the heat. Was 108 in my back yard yesterday……..NOT A FAN of summer.
As summer begins you worry winter is not over. As summer wanes you worry winter is beginning. Those worries leave less time to enjoy summer. Of course these are kids, so summer is like a whirlwind and winter like a sailboat in dead calm.

Unfortunately, Spring and Fall are usually over in a week.
