    Andy could still cash in. Make a dash and bid on the dog food residuals.

    I’m reminded of the climactic racing scene from the Marx Bros. classic A DAY AT THE RACES, where—when it looked like the villain’s horse won—it turned out that the hero’s mount (ridden by Harpo) was the victor!!

    Terrific movie.

    It’s still anyone’s guess why Andy continues to bet on the horses!

    Did the number fall off the horse thus confusing the announcer?

    “Anyone’s Guess”, not a name to inspire confidence in bettors. Whirlaway, War Admiral, American Pharoah, those are horses you might put a buck (or a bob) on.

    Andy always gets the unluckiest of race horses. He’s losing Flo’s money with which he’s betting.

    @Afficionado

    Hey, Affie.

    I missed you yesterday. I went to KFC earlier and then went into town to get my Mum a birthday card. I am currently at the library now and as usual I leave before it’s about to close. I’m always one of the last ones on the computers. The staff are getting to know me rather well. Haha.

    Speaking of staff knowing me rather well, I’m at the carvery in 2 weeks time. I have been going there since 2018. However I went with my Auntie and my Mum the first time.

    I’m thinking about going to bingo on Friday. That’s another place where the staff know me rather well. Oh and KFC too! In fact I own a voucher for 25% off my order. I’m friends with one of the staff on Facebook and she sent me it. She’s known me a long time because I used to go to KFC when I had a 2 hour lunch break at college.

    Stay safe, stay well, stay cool and stay happy, pal.

    Chalkie should find out which horse Andy bet on.

    Then choose a horse with opposite properties to bet on.
