They would be perfect. I am for a partial defunding as some of the money could be spent better on mental services. Sexual assault aid and the like. Also,, we need a major overhaul of the way Police operate. They were never created to serve and protect us, the average citizen, or the poor. Time to change that, and time to demilitarise them
