The Russian space program was already floundering, then with the Ukrainian war it started to sink. I don’t think they’re able to actively support the ISS to any extent anymore. They can’t build anymore rockets or manned spacecraft, they only have what’s on hand or in storage. They’ll be forced to hitch rides on SpaceX Dragon vehicle much as we used to rely on them. The only difference is that we probably won’t be charging them $50 million per seat for a ride to the ISS like they did.
