He’s getting into his serious working mode, being dressed for the part, and willing to stay up all hours to get the job done and he doesn’t need or want a stuffed rabbit….

I think Katy needs a job, or at least some duties, of her own. Anyone who is so busy organizing and critiquing others is just plain bored.
