You have to be careful what kind of clouds you’re talking to:

Cumulonimbus clouds can pack and deliver quite a punch.

Isn’t it dry?

Aren’t we parched?

Where was the water on the ground?

Where are the clouds?

There ought to be clouds?

There are no clouds.
