it’s really rare for one kid to have all the consoles from any given generation, usually you have one, MAYBE two, and you’re supposed to visit friends who have the others and they visit you to play yours, it’s how gaming brings communities together. Or at least it WAS at the time of this comic, now almost no games have local multiplayer since everything is online
