The world is scary, especially if you listen to the 24 hour non-stop new casts. The world is not what it was when I was much growing up and that is not all bad. The ‘good old days’ had its faults, just different.
All depends on how you choose to view things. My own rights have greatly expanded, I am legally married to my man, and we now make more money than in the past because of raises and debt paid off.
But then again, I no longer watch national news, I only read local news. Sure they have national news in it, I can safely ignore it.
