IRL women like Boopsie need pitchers of ice water readily at hand to throw and calm things down a bit. Sometimes they even only need to throw the water. The folks here who get all a-twitter about an even semi-sexy cartoon character would not know what to say let alone how to behave around a Real woman for more than 5 seconds before they embarrassed themselves and immediately regretted it and then made it far worse

Boopsie reminds me of Penny on the Big Bang Theory. She even wore a dress like that.

Years back, when I worked for a local corporation, the HR rep from HQ would occasionally come into the cubicle forest where we worked. She was 26, cute, and wore very short skirts. It was entertaining to see all the middle-aged men jump up, straighten their ties, and rush over to make small talk with her, while the men in their twenties and early thirties barely noticed her.
