There are people who were born the year she became queen (1952) who now have grown up grandchildren. That’s three generations that have never known any UK monarch except her.
It makes me wonder if RJ really means it, or if he’s just making it up. Also, there was an arc a few years back where RJ revealed that he and Rocket (from “Guardians of the Galaxy”) were good friends, up until Rocket got into show business.
