Ellie I know you and if you’re the one “nurturing” Al I’m gonna be hoping nature is the stronger of “nature vs. nurture”.

He’s providing for you, being there for your kid is important, but making a living for them is just as vital.

I think he was Ellie, but it didn’t fit with the way you thought it should. He did provide though which is why Hubbs isn’t in trouble in my opinion. Looks like Ellie is working it out . . .

Men have dreams they aspire to. Hubbs found both his dream and was able to provide for his family. It’s not just about childcare as a single point. Men nurture in their own way…..and you’re about to make Pick cry.

Ellie… That is exactly what he’s been doing all this time. Sure, he’s a great accountant, but it was never the job he wanted to do. He wasn’t happy being boxed in a cubicle when his true calling meant being out on a football field.

I know how hard it is to look for work. Even though there are other jobs that offer more pay, I thank God that I have a job that I enjoy doing which gives me money to put in the bank for a rainy day.

Hubbs loves his family. He just wants to support them by doing a job that he loves. And for him, that means being a happy football player instead of a miserable accountant.

Am I the only one thinking that, considering the speed her wheels are turning, Ellie will finally realize that Hubbs has been supporting her with his football money by the end of next week?

Unfortunately, Ellie is a manipulator and has been from the get go. As soon as she got pregnant, she grabbled the shotgun. Unfortunately, many women don’t realize that men have feelings too. Most of us adore women not only for the fun stuff but just being with them. They are smart, funny, wonderfully soft and make the greatest friends. Some women however, use all that to manipulate their men not realizing when they say, “Sleep on the couch tonight,” or “do it my way only”, you are making the guy NOT LIKE you. They will act somewhat okay with it and laugh like it is a joke, but the truth is you are alienating him. Makes you wonder why prostitution and divorce are the biggest events in American men’s lives. They realize that they don’t like you anymore and they don’t need you, there are almost 4 billion other wonderful places to land out there.. Sad.

When she realizes that all that money she was receiving in the mail WAS Hubbs giving his all to his family, I certainly hope she comes clean and gives credit where credit is due…

Uh, because you lost your mind, ground him to dust under your slipper heels, disregarded his feelings, chopped him down to nothing for some TV fantasy of how you think life and adults and parents should be lived. And never once tried to meet him halfway as two human beings.

Because you were crushing his dream, instead to understand him and maybe giving your support, but no, as you were just a barking dog, he had to go out and see for himself if he could have done it while he had the chance.

To give your all to your family does require money, and for most people that requires a job.

Thing is, he did. You just couldn’t see it because you got your blinders on and focused on just the child, not your marriage. He’s your husband, not your employee.
