Frank, you should know better than to comment on a woman’s age.
Gee, Frank…what a comment to make to someone who could change her will and leave you out of it!
If dad is < 40 then mom is likely < 70, not that old. But then like many comic grandparents such as Pickles they are drawn like old people in the 50s/60s when 70 was old.
Mother: Edwin! You’ll drive me to an early grave!
Edwin (to himself): Too late for that.
