I do a lot of crosswords and still had to look that one up.
I’m so glad they restarted this a little while ago. I came in late and never quite got things. Now they make so much more sense. Or at least they are less senseless. Or something.

entelechy
ɛnˈtɛləki
noun
1. The realization of potential.
2. The supposed vital principle that guides the development and functioning of an organism or other system or organization.
3. The soul. Unity now has a soul? OK Maybe, but working in an office will crush that in no time flat.
